Episode Transcription

Gratitude is one of the most powerful tools we have as leaders. It costs nothing but has the highest return—reminding people they’re seen, valued, and that their work matters. Too many leaders think a paycheck is enough thanks, but Jesus modeled something different: care and acknowledgment. Gratitude fuels not only your organization but also rewires your own heart to see the good rather than just the gaps.

Today, take five seconds to express thanks. Send a message, look someone in the eye, and simply say, “Thank you for all you do.” Your words might be exactly what someone needs to keep going. Gratitude centers us on God’s goodness and is God’s will for us in every circumstance (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
